William Manful

William Manful is a PhD candidate researching the impact of multiparty democracy on national development in Ghana. 
 
He has an MPhil from the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) as well as a Bachelor's Degree in French and Spanish from the University of Ghana. He joined the Foreign Service of the Republic of Ghana in 2002 and is currently stationed at the Ghana Embassy in Niamey, Niger as a Minister and Deputy Head of Mission. His research interests are primarily oriented around democratic governance, Human Rights and global politics. The title of his MPhil thesis was Domestic and international elements in the formulation of Human Rights Policy: A Case Study of the Republic of Ghana.
 
William is currently writing on Democratic Governance and Institutional Performance in the domain of Health, Education, Electoral and Judicial Services in Ghana's Fourth Republic.
