Emmanuel Baisie

Emmanuel Baisie holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies with a Specialisation in Local and Regional Development from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), The Hague; a Master of Science with Distinction in Cities from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE); and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Ghana. He was also a part-time lecturer at the Institute of Local Government Studies (ILGS), Accra. He is the author of the book Meso Institutions and Endogenous Development in Ghana.
