Peter Kagwanja

I am affiliated to the Kenya Human Rights Commission, one of the leading non-Governmental Organizations in Kenya, where I have been a research associate (January 2001). I am also a lecturer (on study leave) at Moi University Eldoret where I teach History and Political Science. I have published journal articles, chapters in books and reports on human rights, refugees and conflict in Kenya.

Since 1998, I have been a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I am finalizing my Ph.D on Jewish and Ethiopian Refugees in Kenya (1933-2000).
