Rahmane Idrissa in Washington Post about military intervention in Niger

Rahmane Idrissa was interviewed by the Washington Post about possible military intervention by ECOWAS in Niger. In the interview he states that "governments should exist through democratic legitimacy, rather some sort of military populist agenda".
