Rahmane Idrissa in New York Times 'The Opinions' about who shapes the new world order

ASCL researcher Rahmane Idrissa took part in The New York Times 'The Opinions' vodcast about the fraying old world order, and who gets to shape the next one. Columnist Lydia Polgreen spoke with Idrissa and Kaiser Kuo, host of the 'Sinica Podcast', based in China.

Idrissa said China has given African states an alternative to a relationship with Western countries that often set the terms hypocritically.
