Rahmane Idrissa in New York Times about coup in Niger

Rahmane Idrissa was interviewed by the New York Times about a possible ECOWAS intervention in Niger after the coup d'etat. In the interview he states that president Tinubu of Nigeria takes the Niger crisis personally and that this was "one-coup-too-far" for both Tinubu and ECOWAS itself.
