Rahmane Idrissa in Le Monde about presidential elections in Senegal

Rahmane Idrissa wrote a column in Le Monde about the postponed presidential elections in Senegal. In the column he says that the postponement is not unconstitutional, but the review mechanism that made it possible leaves the democratic health of the country entirely dependent on the goodwill of the leader of the state.
