Final public debate

On Friday 26 October the African Studies Centre Leiden and the International Debate Education Association organize the final public debate in Leiden on 'Debating the Future of African youth in Europe and Africa'. We warmly invite you for this special occasion.
 

After an intensive debate training and debate competition, the winners will now present public speeches leading to debate with a panel of experts and the audience. The final winners wil be selected by the following jury members: Dr. Akinyinka Akinyoade (ASC), Mr. Moses Alagbe (director Life International), Amma Asante (PvdA), Désirée Bonis (Second Chamber, PvdA), Alice Kubo (Child Helpline International), Chris de Nie (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Dr. Nicky Pouw (UvA), Dr. Harry Wels (VU University) and Richard Yeboah (Roots for Development).
