Election debate SAIL: ‘No development without knowledge exchange’
SAIL is the platform in which seven international higher education and knowledge institutes in the Netherlands contribute to the Sustainable Global Development agenda. The African Studies Centre Leiden has been a long-term partner of SAIL.

Parliamentary elections will be held in the Netherlands on 17 March. International (development) cooperation is of great importance to contribute to the creation of a just and more sustainable world. To draw attention to this political topic, the SAIL institutes will organise an online election debate on Friday 12 February:
'No development without knowledge exchange'.
Members of Parliament from the political parties VVD, CDA, PvdA, GroenLinks and D66 will debate the future of international knowledge and education cooperation. The debate is relevant for anyone interested in the role of knowledge and education in international (development) cooperation.
