Duncan Money cited in Africast about the history of artisanal mining in Africa

Duncan Money was cited in the Africast podcast about artisanal (gold) mining in Uganda and Côte d'Ivoire. In a contributed piece he explains that the history of mining in Africa goes back a long time, developing from labour intensive practices to large scale colonial mining companies and the eventual nationalisation after independence. One of the other guests in the show is Titus Sauerwein, alumnus of the MA African Studies and currently PhD candidate at the University of Sussex.
