Victor Osae Ihidero

Victor Osae Ihidero is a PhD who teaches and researches about African theatre, cinema and cultural studies as they intersect with Peace and security studies, development, and emerging media. Having gotten his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Media Arts from University of Benin, Victor proceeded to the Ahmadu Bello University's School of Drama where he got his Master and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Theatre and Performing Arts. He currently teaches at the Department of Theatre and Performing Arts and serves as one of the lead faculty at the University's Centre of Excellence on Development Communication. He has conducted extensive researches on Africa both in the fields of Drama, Cinema and Peace and Security.
