René Rodrigue Lionel Kana Etoundi

René Rodrigue Lionel Kana Etoundi is a PhD student (D3) in Educational Management at the University of Yaoundé 1. His research, which is currently being finalised, focuses on the relationship between programme-based budgeting and stakeholder engagement in research governance within state universities in Cameroon. Holder of a Master’s degree in Educational Management and a graduate of the ENS in Yaoundé (PCEG), he is an active researcher who has contributed to several academic publications. His publications cover a variety of topics such as university governance, sustainable development, sustainable finance and the integration of digital technology into education systems. At an institutional level, he is a member of several research laboratories, notably LARGEDD (University of Yaoundé 1) and LREAC (University of Ebolowa). He also holds academic leadership roles as National Coordinator of the Network of Young Researchers in Education (REJECSE). Finally, his expertise is recognised internationally, as evidenced by his participation in the CEMAC team for the Springer scientific project on the Encyclopaedia of the Anthropocene, as well as his numerous presentations at some twenty national and international conferences.
