Nzas Emmanuel

Nzas Emmanuel is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, specialising in African traditional religion. He has a journal publication and a book chapter to his name. His interdisciplinary research interests encompass indigenous religion, culture, and people, with a focus on themes related to peace and conflict resolution, as well as indigenous medicine and healing, particularly among Africans and the diaspora.
 
Having earned a Bachelor of Arts Education in Christian Religious Studies from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Mr Emmanuel is committed to expanding his knowledge. He has undertaken additional courses, obtaining certificates in mental health and psychosocial support, as well as a certificate course in migration and health. These endeavours reflect his dedication to comprehensively understanding various facets of humanity and addressing pertinent issues related to human existence.
 
Beyond his academic pursuits, Mr Emmanuel is an enthusiastic educator with over five years of teaching experience. He has actively participated in conferences, contributing to academic research and collaboration. Engaging in community service, he has volunteered for numerous non-profit organisations and served religious congregations, all with the overarching goal of promoting human flourishing and peaceful coexistence.
