Lefa Afrika

Lefa Afrika is an honorary research affiliate at the Centre for Film and Media Studies (CFMS), University of Cape Town. He is a media practitioner with 20 years experience in the television industry. He has held managerial positions at Multichoice Africa and the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC). He is currently the managing director of Afriprime, a television content distribution company based in Johannesburg. His academic background includes MA (Wits), MA (Leeds), EMBA (UCA Nice), and PhD (UCT).
