Koundja Mayoubila

Koundja is an ambitious consultant with solid work experience in complex emergencies situations and multicultural settings. He has a long track record of ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest quality, in the most difficult of circumstances. Articulate and thoughtful, he is both a practionner and a thinker. For about 8 years, he worked as an Education an Emergency Specialist for RET (Refugee Education Trust) and Plan International.
In that position he contributed to develop and implement educational projects for refugees in Chad and Cameroon.

These last 4 years, he worked for Reach for Change - a Swedish NGO that supports social entrepreneurs to develop their ventures and increase the impact of their work.  He works closely with UN Agencies, International NGOs, Government Agencies, and Donors (BPRM, USAID, ECHO, DFID).

Currently, Koundja is a PhD candidate at the ASCL. His research is on Entrepreneuriat social et connectivité au Tchad: des frictions, aux fractures numériques et sociales, à la rupture.

His academic backgound includes a Master in Management of Humanitarian Crises from 2iE - Ouagadougou/Burkina-Faso, and a Bachelor in Analysis and Evaluation of Projects from the PanAfrican Institue of Development - Douala/Cameroon.
