Ghazali Bello Abubakar

Ghazali Bello Abubakar has a BA Arts with Second Class Upper Division from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, a Master’s Degree in Politics and International Relations, from the IIU with Cumulative G.P.A 3.02/4.00, and a PhD. in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. His PhD thesis investigated the democratization process in the Kingdom of Morocco, and the roles offered by the regime between 1990 and 2010 period. He held a teaching appointment (Lecturer II) with Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria between June 2015 and June 2016. Subsequently he secured another appointment with Sokoto State University, which served as a promotion to Lecturer I (promoted to Senior Lecturer by October, 2018)  in the Department of Political Science where he is currently teaching theories of International Relations, Introduction to Political Science/Political Analysis, State and Society in the Middle East, Islamic Political Thought, World Diplomatic History, third World and Dependency theory, Conflict Resolution (GST), and History of African Political Thought.
