'Ethiopië wil van Rusland profiteren'

Jan Abbink was interviewed in Historisch Nieuwsblad about the political and historical ties between Ethiopia and Russia. In the interview Abbink explains that the relations go back to the 17th century, that Russia supported Ethiopia during the colonial war against Italy and that today Ethiopia, like many African countries, does not explicitly speak out against the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
