The epilogue emphasizes the mutual role of existing culture and available resources in the development of the region. The following sections are successively covered namely resources and economy, people and history, as well as development potential. Development limitations are also discussed notably the danger of environmental degradation, the existing infrastructural constraints as well as the human constraints.
