Linda van de Kamp

Linda van de Kamp (PhD VU University Amsterdam/African Studies Centre, Leiden, 2011), is a cultural anthropologist and assistant professor at the department of Sociology, Faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences, University of Amsterdam. Her research activities concentrate on urban regeneration, religion and ritual, transnational circulation, media, and gender and reproductive issues. Linda has done in-depth research on the emergence of Brazilian Pentecostalism in Mozambique.
