Arne Doornebal

Journalist Arne Doornebal moved to Kampala in 2007 to work as a freelance correspondent for different media. Until 2013 he covered East Africa for a number of media including Radio Netherlands Worldwide, OneWorld, NRC Next, BNR radio, the Jerusalem Post Magazine and the Dutch press agencies ANP and GPD. Apart from Uganda he travelled extensively in South Sudan, DR Congo, Rwanda, Burundi and Kenya. Now staying near Amsterdam, Doornebal continues to keep a close eye on and publishing about African affairs.
