Fomer MA student Erik van der Zanden was interviewed on the NU.nl podcast about the 2021 elections in Uganda. Erik did his master's thesis research in Uganda on youth activity in the political opposition. Podcast host Julien Dom asked him about how current president Yoweri Museveni came to power in 1986, and what the chances are that Bobi Wine will become his successor.
