Factiva – International newspapers (campus access only; limited amount of concurrent users)
Factiva comprises fulltext articles from thousands of international newspapers , including more than 100 from Africa. Factiva, a joint venture of Dow Jones and Reuters, is updated daily.
The entire database can be searched, but it is also possible to search in each journal separately. Specified subjects can also be searched methodically.

The Cooperative Africana Microform Project (CAMP) 
On microform:and partly online: the Cooperative Africana Microform Project (CAMP) at the Center for Research Libraries (CRL) is dedicated to increase access to research materials in support of the study of Africa. The Cooperative Africana Microform Project is a joint effort by research libraries throughout the world and CRL to promote the preservation of publications and archives concerning the nearly fifty nations of Sub-Saharan Africa and to make these materials in microform and online available to researchers. Materials are available online at the ASC Library and partly through Interlibrary Loan. As ASC Leiden is an affiliated member of CAMP, requests can be processed via the lending desk of the ASC Library.
