Theophile Djedjebi

Dr. Ir. Theophile Djedjebi is social scientist and agricultural economist with over 20 years of experience in pastoralist livelihoods analysis/improvement, local land management, rural development, intervention strategy design and programmes/projects monitoring & evaluation. As a skilled practitioner, he designed, performed and assessed development strategies for several International Organisations in various countries like Niger, Mali, Benin, Burkina-Faso, Ghana, Togo, South Sudan and The Netherlands. His extensive expertise includes serving as a senior advisor and knowledge development network leader in the field of impact-oriented programmes and client service orientation where he facilitated multi-actors dialogue for partnership development & resource mobilisation and supported them in developing ability to meet their own livelihoods objectives. Not only a skilled practitioner, he conducted numerous research projects related to livelihoods funded by EU in West Africa region. He also trained and supervised multidisciplinary and multicultural Beninese and Dutch students groups on action-oriented research on sustainable development issues leading to tangible results achievement.
