Holder of Bsc Food Science and Technology degree and an Msc Food Quality Management degree. Currently pursuing a PhD with Food Quality and Design group at Wageningen University, the Netherlands.

  • Product development of traditionally consumed fruits and vegetables
  • Food safety (microbial and toxicological) through implementation of Food Safety Management Systems during processing.
