Raymond Kra

KRA Raymond holds a PhD in Information and Communication from the University of Cocody-Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire). His thesis focused on the use of ICT in the management of local authorities in Côte d'Ivoire.
He wrote a series of articles falling within the field of ICT and Communities. He has participated in several conferences (2009-EUTIC Bordeaux, France Africampus 2010 in Dakar, Senegal.).
In 2010 he participated in a study on Community Radio and the expression of citizenship. In this study, which has seen the involvement of Burkina Faso, Benin and Côte d'Ivoire, Raymond KRA conducted studies on local and community radio Ivorian.
In October-November 2011, Dr. Raymond KRA has enjoyed a stay in the Netherlands, the African Studies Centre in Leiden. He worked in this part of the contribution of ICT in the Governance of local authorities in Côte d'Ivoire. He took this trip to many other items.
He planned several articles and two books in preparation on the Human Resource Management in the Ivorian territorial and local Rethinking Development COTED Ivoire.
Raymond KRA is currently Lecturer in the Department of CIS at the University of Cocody-Abidjan and Assistant Professor.
