Mesfin Aman

Mesfin Aman's focus is on socio-economic impact assessments, quantitative and qualitative research. Coming from a multi-disciplinary background in business management, political-economy and public policy, Mesfin approaches global issues from a multiple perspective.

Previously, Mesfin worked for different multinational organizations such as the African Diaspora Policy Center in The Hague and the UN mission in Ethiopia in Addis Ababa. He also served as chairperson of the Ethiopian Community in the Netherlands from 2012 to 2014. His expertise lies primarily in sustainability strategy, the migration and diaspora engagement program, capacity building, qualitative and quantitative research and policy and risk analysis, in both developed and emerging economies.

Mesfin graduated  from the University of Amsterdam with a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). Previously, Mesfin attended Addis Ababa University. Mesfin is fluent in English and Amharic, has an excellent command of Dutch and a basic command of Swahili and French.
