Sept 2016 – August 2017: Postdoctoral and Visiting Scholar at the Centre for African Studies, University of Basel (Switzerland). Research project: “Boko Haram and the ubiquity of violence at the borders of the Mandara Mountains”
November 2016 - Present: Senior Lecturer at the Department of History, Higher Teacher Training College of Maroua. Teachings focus on Cultural History, Cultural  Anthropology, Cultural heritage and material Culture.

Education
Laval University, 2015: PhD (with Honours) in Cultural History. Dissertation Title: Discours sur la Maison et dynamiques identitaires chez les Podokwo, Muktele et Mura (Monts Mandara du Cameroun).
