Gaopalelwe Mathiba

Gaopalelwe Mathiba is an emerging scholar in the field of Public Law. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the North-West University, RSA. He is currently studying towards an LLM (Masters) with the University of the Western Cape, RSA and he is keen to further his studies up to doctoral level. His research focus is on (but not limited to) land administration and agrarian reform through comparative analysis between the African-based jurisdictions. He has recently been appointed as an Associate Editor of the South African Journal on Human Rights (SAJHR) based at the University of the Witwatersrand, RSA.
