Exhibition: Cartoons 'Africans and Hague Justice' by Creative Court

GADO cartoonAs of 6 October, the ASC features a cartoon exhibition about the International Criminal Court, curated by Creative Court. Differing in style, perspective and engagement, cartoonists from countries such as Kenya, Burkina Faso, Tanzania, Algeria, Ivory Coast and South Africa share their thoughts, offering a sharp-witted display of Africa’s critical minds. Among them are famous cartoonists like Zapiro (South Africa) and GADO (Tanzania). The exhibition was originally created in the framework of the NVAS conference Africans and Hague Justice (that took place in May 2014). (Copyright cartoon: ©Godfrey Mwampembwa (GADO))
