Opening exhibition at the ASC: Look at you, with lectures and discussion

On the occasion of the opening of ASC's new exhibition 'Look at you' there will be a discussion about the way our perception of the other is formed. Visual artist Frouwkje Smit and documentary photographer Karine Versluis will enter into a dialogue with Professor Felix U. Kaputu, who was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and for the last seven years worked in the USA, Japan and Europe. His expertise is in African Studies, African Politics, Literature, Religion, Diaspora, Art and Pedagogy. At the end of the meeting, the audience can of course take a look at the exhibition.
