| | Can the African Studies Centre help my friend in Africa to obtain a residence permit for the Netherlands?Unfortunately, the African Studies Centre cannot offer any help in these kind of matters. You have to get the permit in your own country. For immigration procedures, check the IND.

| | Can I apply to the ASC for sponsorship?No, unfortunately not. The ASC itself depends on external financing. A good starting point for an internet search on sponsorship is Eldis' Funding Sources.
