Bernardin Bationo has a preference for large paintings that are characterized by a personal range of colours in all kinds of earth tones and express Bernardin’s search for harmony. | Christophe Sawadogo makes colorful, almost poetic works on paper and is inspired by calligraphy: Impressions of words and texts come together in what could be called ‘clouds of colour’. His elegant women seem to come from the world of fairy-tales and are portrayed in a sophisticated and detailed manner. |
